An independent bakery. All the products are made in a home kitchen with great ingredients. Biscuits and oatcakes are rolled with a big wooden rolling pin, and individually hand cut. Everything is packaged by hand, and we make everything to order, which means you receive your items as freshly baked as possible. Shortbread is made with only real butter, and the oatcakes with Scottish oats.
 
Throughout the range you will find many local ingredients, from beer brewed at the Isle of Skye Brewing company, to heather honey from Struan apiaries.
